Its truly sad when one has to report death or tragic events worldwide and this past Friday the world stood still has Norway was hit with one of the worst massacres in the history of the country. A Norwegian gunman, Anders Behring Breivik, 32, who describes himself as a Christian and conservative on Facebook page attributed to him pulled off one of history's worst mass shootings on Friday night July 22, 2011.

According to several news reports, Breivik dressed as a police officer and gunned down at least 85 people at the Utoeya camp on Friday.
It came 90 minutes after car bomb exploded near government buildings in Oslo in the Norwegian capital , killing at least seven people and injured several others. Reports have now confirmed that Breivik was also responsible for this blast and worked alone.
According to BBC news report,
The number killed in the island shooting spree, which is among the world's most deadly, had been put at 10 on Friday - but soared overnight. Hundreds of young people had been attending the summer camp organised by the governing Labour Party on Utoeya island. Eyewitnesses described how a tall, blond man dressed as a policeman opened fire indiscriminately, prompting camp attendees to jump into the water to try to escape the hail of bullets. Some of the teenagers were shot at as they tried to swim to safety.
Reasons for this act of terror is unknown but according to the suspects lawyer he admits responsibility for the attacks stating,
"his client believed his actions were "atrocious" but "necessary", adding that he would explain himself in court on Monday".
What is this world coming too? Innocent lives shouldn't be a way of communication or getting your radical point across. Well I am sure the world anticipates to hear what his reasons where for sure an act of wickedness, Monday couldn't come sooner!
